Clients who already have planned their capital expenditure for the next 6 to 18 months can benefit from lower rates and peace of mind. We agree a facility at the start of the expenditure period for all expenditure and you get a rate based on the total amount to be lent. Utilising the facility is as simple as making a phone call to your account manager.
